The members of the General Association are Corporate Members.
*Members who withdraw from the meeting should notify the General Association in writing and return the membership card. If the enterprise does not pay the membership fee for one year, it will be deemed to be automatically withdrawn.
*If a member violates the manual of Association, he or she may suspend the membership or be removed if he/she is approved by the Board of Directors.
*If a member withdraws from the General Association, is suspended from membership, or is delisted, he or she will terminate the position, rights, and obligations of the General Association.
The highest authority of the General Association is the member representative assembly. The powers of the member representative assembly are:
A member representative assembly must be attended by more than two-thirds of the members’ representatives, and its resolutions must be approved by more than half of the members present.
The member representative assembly is held every 4 years. In case of special circumstances that need to be changed in advance or postponed, it shall be approved by the board of directors, and the extension shall not exceed one year.
The Board of Directors is the executive group of the member representative assembly. It leads the General Association to carry out daily work during the inter-sessional period and is responsible to the member representative assembly.
The authority of the Board of Directors is:
The board of directors must have more than 2/3 of the directors to attend, and its resolutions must be approved by more than half of the members of the board of directors. The Council meets at least twice a year.
The General Association establishes a standing council. The Standing Council is elected by the Council and exercises the powers of Section 20 during the intercessional period of the Council and is accountable to the Council.
The Standing Council must have more than 2/3 of the standing directors to attend, and its resolutions must be approved by more than half of the standing directors. The Standing Council meets at least once every six months.
The President, Vice President and Secretary-General of the General Association must meet the following conditions:
The President and Secretary-General of the General Association are appointed for a tenure. If it is necessary to extend the term of office due to special circumstances, it must be approved by more than 2/3 member representatives of the member representative assembly.
The legal representative of the General Association is chaired by the President.

Secretariat:
The office of the Board of Directors is the Secretariat, which is responsible for handling the daily work of the General Association, being led by the president during the inter-sessional period of the Board of Directors, assisting the president in the work of the General Association, and coordinating the work of the relevant departments;
The Secretariat shall have several full-time deputy Secretaries-General, secretaries and clerical staff according to the needs of the work.
Sources of funding for the General Association:
Members’ donations must not be withheld and earmarked for special purposes.
The General Association collects membership dues from the same industry.
The funds of the General Association must be used for the business scope and career development as stipulated in the Manual of Association, and shall not be distributed among the members.
The General Association establishes a strict financial management system to ensure that accounting materials are legal, authentic, accurate and complete.
The General Association is staffed with professionally qualified accountants.
The asset management of the General Association must implement the financial management system stipulated by the state and accept the supervision of the member representative assembly.
The assets of the General Association, any unit, individuals shall not occupy, privately divide and misappropriate.
